Feature · Responses

The inbox your form should have had.

Every visitor's path through your flow lands here. Watch their videos, read auto-transcripts, see which option they picked at each branch. Star the good ones. Archive the noise.

What you see

Three panels. No JSON.

1

The list.

Newest first. Avatar (their first video frame), branches taken, time-to-complete.

2

The reply.

Each video plays inline. Captions on by default. Click to read the full transcript.

3

The path.

A visual breadcrumb of the branches they walked — see at a glance which path each visitor took.

TL;DR

Flik responses come pre-organized. Each reply shows the path the visitor took, the video they recorded at each step, and the auto-generated transcript so you can scan five replies in the time it takes to watch one. Star, archive, export to CSV, and (on Studio+) push every response to a webhook the moment it arrives — into Zapier, Make, your CRM, or a Slack channel.
