Common questions.
- What counts as a view?
- A single visitor opening one of your flows — the bubble pops out, or a player loads on a page. Repeat visits from the same person within a session don't count twice. Bots and our own previews never count.
- What happens if I go over my view limit?
- We never cut your visitors off mid-flow. On Studio you get a heads-up at 80%, with a nudge to upgrade or upgrade later. On Showcase, anything over 25,000 views is billed at $5 per extra 1,000 — same rate whether you do 1,000 extra or 100,000 extra. No surprise enterprise upsells.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of your current month. Annual cancels at renewal — no penalties, no clawback on what you've already paid.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Nope. Free account, no card. When you're ready to upgrade you get a 14-day trial on Studio and Showcase — that's when the card comes in. Cancel before day 14, no charge.
- How is this different from VideoAsk's pricing?
- Same category, different math. They meter by minutes you record (long videos cost more no matter who watches). We meter by visitors who actually open your flow (one bill that matches one job). Full comparison at /vs/videoask.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Annual is 25% off monthly. We also have a free Studio tier for accredited educators and verified nonprofits — email hey@askflik.com with proof and we'll set it up the same day.
- What about agencies needing multiple workspaces?
- Showcase covers up to 10 brand workspaces. If you need more, email us and we'll quote a custom plan — usually not much more than 2x Showcase.
